The Tenor Saxophpone
The tenor saxophone is the second most common saxophone, next to the alto saxophone. It is most commonly used in jazz bands, but appears in concert bands and rock bands as well. It plays in the key of Bb, placing it one full octave below the soprano saxophone, and one full octave above the bass saxophone.
